Operational Excellence Specialist in Banking (Geneva)

Location: Geneva

As an Operational Excellence Specialist you will be responsible for managing small to mid-sized projects and teams of consultants while developing the company on its growth path. You will also play a key role in acquiring projects and supporting sales efforts, and managing and developing existing client relationships.

Your function:
  • Management consulting for our clients, in design and optimization of their organization (organizational transformation), target operating models and process management
  • Analysis, planning and execution of the integration of acquired business entities in M&A transactions (M&A integration)
  • Leading projects and project teams, from planning to execution
  • Active knowledge management of operational excellence know how, related products and services
  • Contribute to our national and international growth strategy in operational excellence

Your profile: 
  • First class Bachelor’s degree from a prestigious university
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in Management Consulting or Banking with focus on the areas mentioned above
  • Strong communication skills in French and English, German would be an asset
  • Experience in project management
  • Highly analytical and structured in problem solving; able to quickly understand complex situations
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues
  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and team leadership skills
