Your tasks & responsibilities:

 

  • Project responsibility for various local and global projects such as
    • Performance Management
    • Incentive Management
    • Recruiting and Retention Strategy
  • Wide range of support in strategic and operational tasks together with Group Head of HR and Academy
  • Support and partial responsibility for the further professionalization of the group-wide and international HR / Academy organization (organizational transformation) and its processes (process management)
  • Occasional travel to group locations

 
 
Your profile:

 

  • You have Bachelor / Master in business or psychology studies with focus on general HR or any equivalent education with focus on HRM
  • You worked at least 4 years with an international company, favorably in management consulting
  • You communicate fluently in English. German, French or Asian languages are a plus
  • You have in-depth experience in leading HR and people development projects
  • You have successfully contributed to a global implementation of HR/recruiting services
  • You have a structured, target-oriented and hands-on approach to daily business challenges
  • You enjoy the working environment of a dynamic consultancy with flat hierarchies
